General sales conditions

Booking
The prices are per night, per room and without breakfast (with the exception of stage evenings, half-board and full-board).

10% VAT included.

The customer must pay the equivalent of one night of the total amount of his stay when booking.

Tourist tax of € 0.78 per person per night will be due on arrival. The customer making a reservation by internet, telephone or fax is then irrevocably bound to the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale and the reservation cannot be called into question except application of article 2.

Your reservation is completely secure. All personal data is encrypted and processed securely. The Hotel Restaurant Les Glycines takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. They are used only for the processing of your reservation.

A credit card number is required to confirm the reservation. Reservations made on www.hotelrestaurantlesglycines.com (or by phone) are free of charge. All payments are made upon departure.

Children and extra beds
The maximum number of extra beds or baby cots in a room is 1 or 2.
Extra beds with a supplement of 10 € / person and baby cots (free) are only available on request.

Pets

Pets can be accepted under certain conditions and at an additional cost.

Cancellation
All consecutive costs will be due to SAS Marion.
Any reservation made by the client who has received confirmation by the reservation services of the Hotel Les Glycines by telephone, fax or internet corresponds to the opening and processing of the client's file. All cancellations must be confirmed to us by post or email.

The customer may cancel his reservation free of charge up to 14 days before his arrival.

From 14 days to the day before arrival, 25% of the night or all the nights reserved will be due.

The day of the arrival date: for a reserved night, the total amount of the reservation will be due; for any longer duration, 2 nights will be due.

No-Show
In the event that the client does not show up on the scheduled day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation remains due at the Hotel Les Glycines.

Reservation modification
Any modification to the reservation is possible free of charge from the moment the Hotel Les Glycines is notified 15 days before the date of stay. We cannot however guarantee the availability of the rooms, therefore, in the event that a modification is not possible, the client will have to accept the original reservation or will be subject to the cancellation conditions in accordance with article 2 if he wishes cancel his reservation.
